При этом многие из них готовы ввести четырехдневку и даже трехдневку. Вот я только что вернулся из Удмуртии. Там на крупнейшем предприятии введена четырехдневка. Все работники недовольны, потому что такая рабочая неделя съедает 20% их зарплаты”, – рассказал Шмаков газете.

    Глава ФНПР отметил, что следует говорить не о рабочих днях, а о количестве рабочих часов в неделю. Он напомнил, что в Конституции указана 40-часовая рабочая неделя. Поэтому, по его мнению, нужно говорить о 35 или 36 часах работы в неделю или по-другому строить производственные графики. “Например, увеличить количество рабочих часов с восьми до десяти, но при этом объявить о трех выходных днях. Поэтому при желании это все решаемо”, – добавил Шмаков.

    Как отметил глава ФНПР, идея введения четырехдневной рабочей недели в России вряд ли будет реализована в ближайшие два года.
